Adam is a Yonkers, NY based poet. In his work, Adam explores moments experienced and the lessons learned, or ignored, in their aftermath. He has one published poetry chapbook, An Odor of His Own, with poetry and short fiction appearing in: Mad Persona Magazine, Broken Stone Review, Thistle and Thread Press, Bristol Noir, Stone Poetry Quarterly, So It Goes: The Literary Journal of the Kurt Vonnegut Memorial Library, ‘Merica Magazine, The PPA Literary Journal, Soul Fountain, and Outsider Ink.

In addition to writing poetry, Adam has spent the past 30 years as an educator in roles including high school English teacher, assistant principal, founding high school principal, and deputy superintendent. Currently, Adam supports Career and Technical Education (CTE) schools and programs across New York City Public Schools. He holds a BA in English/Secondary Education, MA in English, MS E.D. in School Leadership, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership.
He is a son, husband, and father of two daughters.
